Delivery of Goods

The speed of delivery of your purchase will depend on the product type that you have ordered, its availability as well as other details that are listed below.

In Stock Items

In Stock items are available for immediate shipment as they are located at the ELKOR® warehouse or at an external facility (the distributor’s or manufacturer’s warehouse) from where the merchandise will be shipped after the customer has placed the order. Items that are in stock will reach the final destination at a faster rate.

EU In Stock Items

EU In Stock Items are products that are physically stored at the ELKOR® warehouse located in Europe or at an external facility located in Europe (the distributor or the manufacturer’s warehouse) from where the merchandise will be shipped after the customer has placed the order.

Standard Shipping

For a local delivery, front door items ship directly from our U.S. warehouse and arrive within 3–5 business days from the moment that we receive your order. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer to reach the final destination. Items placed in the same order may arrive in multiple shipments.

Please note that Standard Shipping regulations for EU In Stock Items are different. For EU In Stock product front door delivery items are shipped from our European warehouse and arrive within 8-13 business days from the moment that we receive your order. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may arrive in multiple shipments.

Next Day Shipping

Next day delivery service is possible to most destinations within the contiguous 48 states.

If we receive your order before 2pm ET Monday through Friday, you will receive your order the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Extra shipping charges will apply.

Special Items

These items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not eligible for express shipping. Please allow 10 to 14 weeks for these items to reach you.

Standard Shipping

Front Door delivery items are shipped from our warehouse and arrive within 8-13 business days from receiving your order. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Products that are stored in our warehouse are identified as "Ready for delivery".

In case of a delay in the estimated time, ELKOR.com informs and keeps in touch with the customer regarding the order status which is a part of our commitment to respect and to make our partners respect the timing indicated on our website.

We have divided the order process on ELKOR.com into four phases, so that the customer always knows at what point his or her order is.

Each time the order goes from one phase to the next, the customer receives an email notification.

You can check your order's status from the website as well. Just log in and click on "My Account" located in the top right of the page. Within your account you can also find the average estimated supply time for the products you have ordered. Please note that the indicated timing is an average estimate, and not a deadline. Therefore, we suggest you to contact us only if your order is three or more days late.

4-Step Order Tracking

We know that our customer would like to stay informed about the details of the status of his order. For this reason, we have divided the order handling into four simple steps, so that you are always informed about your shipment:

  • Pending – Your order has been registered
  • In Process – We have received your order and it is undergoing processing. Orders are being processed once we have received a confirmation of payment. At this stage, we either order the products from the manufacturer or keep the items aside in our own storage warehouse depending on the location of the product.
  • In Preparation – Products are ready at our warehouse, and are now being prepared for pick-up. Fragile items are positioned in wooden boxes, parcels that will be transported by express couriers are reinforced with an outer safety box, heavy products are positioned on pallets, etc.
  • Shipping – Your order is in transit. The courier will contact you about the estimated delivery time.

Each time that your order progresses from one phase to the next, you will receive an email notification keeping you up-to-date with the status of your order. You can also check on your order directly from our website. To do this, simply log in to your account and click on “My Account” located at the top of the right page. There you will find the estimated time of arrival for the products that you have ordered. Please note that the indicated timing is an estimate, and not a deadline. Therefore, we suggest that you contact us about your order if it is three or more days late.

Cancellation/Making Changes

You can make changes or cancel your order at any time before it is processed or when the Order is still in the “Pending” status. If your order has progressed to "In process", it can only be cancelled if the option is still available in the Customer Order detail page.

Processing Speed

We are committed to deliver your order in time as indicated in the estimated delivery time for your shipment. However, in case of a delay we will inform you regarding the changes in the status of your order.

White Glove Delivery

Experienced White Glove delivery service providers will handle the White Glove deliveries.

Once your order is ready for shipping, our partnered shipping company will contact you about the date and time that is convenient for you to receive the shipment. Please note that the White Glove shipping fee includes unpacking, inspection of all items, removal/disposal of packaging materials and placement of the item in the room of your choice. This includes transporting your order up or down to a maximum of two flights of stairs. Shipping Rates and Fees

Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift-wrapping or surcharges that may apply to some items.

Note that your items may be shipped from different warehouses and suppliers so they may not arrive together in the same package or even on the same day. If that is the case you will not be charged more than the total amount quoted at the checkout.

Arranging Deliveries

Truck Delivery appointments are made Tuesday through Saturday in most major metropolitan areas, with Monday deliveries available in some areas. A service representative will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the time-frame, which typically is a 4-hour window range.
